so here's one idea for how the characters may be linked. please let me know your thoughts! it's sure to change, but i thought you might like the visual for now..

a new play by janis craft developed with the teens on this blog. this is the third play in the rain, stars, sunlight cycle (aka: the synesthesia cycle)

the address for this blog is "virtual improv" because that's how this play began. the description for this blog used to read,
"a virtual space for us to make a real play about the virtual and real lives of the fictitious characters from rain and stars. yeah."

now that there is a real play, this is a place for us to continue discussion about Sunlight -- the characters, the themes, and the people who bring it to life as it rises and sets with each reading and production. i hope you'll share your experiences here!

I think it looks good. Especially because you drew it on graph paper.
thats so awesome. i know this is a bit bias, but i'd really like to see beth grow as a charicter and conect to more of these charicters. it may be just cause i was her in stars...i have an attachment to her...
cause kaiya is roomates with noelle and everything. but i guess it would makes sence for her to withdraw a bit as well.

well, this is a bit out-dated. i've cut a few of the characters and added some new ones. there's no daniyar, acadia, anthony or jessie in this right now... but maybe in the tv series... :-)
i think you'll find that beth does grow as a character, even if she doesn't directly connect to others. i think she and gretchen are parallels in this play... their stories are somewhat aligned. you'll have to let me know more what you think once you've read more of her scenes. i'm glad you're here to help her develop!
cool...as in her and gretchen are the same person with different names in a different place, or what happens to gretchen is what happens to beth and vice versa?
more just that their stories are similar.... their views on reality, their conflicts with it. maybe on the tv series they would eventually be friends. i think they'd get along pretty well. :-)
hey is robin going to make a come-back? haha
i think he might be reincarnated... if i have room in the play...
